Cycling & Whitewater Rafting at OWL Rafting in Foresters Falls

July 20 & 21, 2013

From the gleam of fast-moving clear water, to the adrenalin rush, rumble and tumble of rapid action -- this is your chance to get in on the ‘current’ sensation. OWL Rafting, owned and operated by Claudia and Dirk Van Wijk, National and International Whitewater Champions, operates out of Forester’s Falls, Ontario, with raft excursions down the legendary 12 km ‘Rocher Fondu’ rapids of the Ottawa River. 

We’ll depart Ottawa early Saturday morning and cycle low-traffic roads west to arrive for an afternoon of whitewater rafting, dinner on a pontoon boat at sunset and cap it off with an evening by the campfire. A casual breakfast overlooking the water the next day and a return cycle on the Québec side. We carry all your gear so you can ride super-light. A great and invigorating two-day adventure/escape.
